As Lubos (his mans name) was extremely shy man, he was closed and did not communicate with others at all, trying not to draw any attention to himself. But Sonja was wild and very self confident, she was a star always surrounded by many people and fans enjoying endless party. Shaped to the “strong” singer (T. Turner, G. Gaynor, S. Bassey…) she theatrically work with great emotion and irony at the same time so that even travesty critics and conservative people were throwing away inhibitions and became hers fans. Sonja brought new gestures on the scene and all of following travesty groups were copying Sonja’s style. The popularity has grown so high that the group Butterflies decided to open their own cabaret. Sonja was the boss.
She was a good artist, but a bad businessman and cabaret bankrupted. Sonja began to make money with prostitution as a woman with a penis, which is available in apartment and on the phone. At this time she fully addicted to drugs and began to disappear. All robes, high heels, wigs she exchanged for drugs. When Sonja got lost, Lubos stayed alone and he became a homeless HIV positive man. Now he lives in the Prague House of Light which helps to people with AIDS.
The film takes the form of an interview with unique archives and record of one-time return to the stage in 2012, members of the group saw Each other after 10 years and the event was held specially for this movie. Interviews were conducted in the years 2000 – 2005. Each episode of her life Sonja describes in the costumes of her favorite singers. Last interview of 2013 was already taken with mans part of her personality, with Lubos. Sonja does no more exist and Lubos must live by him self like a man.
